My mother was the strongest, most beautiful woman I have ever loved.  Unfortunately, she lost her battle with appendiceal cancer on September 18, 2017.

This year, I am running the Broad Street Run in honor of my mother's life.  It saddens me when I think about not being able to celebrate her in the physical.  This is why I am choosing to honor her life by running with the American Association for Cancer Research.

Appendiceal cancer is rare and often times this particular disease is grouped together with colon cancer.  Whether you lost a close loved one, or know someone who has--cancer has touched us all in some capacity.

Please consider supporting me by donating to my fundraiser in honor of my mother. Your donation will help create a world with more research and less cancer.
